About The Author

I am currently a student at the University of Michigan pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Writing. I am a facilitator for Feminist Forum in the Residential College, a living learning community here at U of M, a role which has inspired this piece. I also am an active member of the co-ed service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, going to way (way) too many concerts, spending time with friends and family, and, of course, writing.
